Amazingly fast response time and they left my yard just like they found it. Very nice people that explained everything that they did to get our septic tank back to efficient working condition. Will definitely use them again if we have any problems.

What a great experience. Had a water heater that stopped working suddenly (cold showers in February...  brrrr)  These guys were super quick to respond,  super helpful and got the problem fixed!  Couldn't ask for anything more!

We had a small installation. They replied with a quote quickly, were on time and did an excellent job!

I ran into a wonderful employee of McKendree's, Shone,  this morning at a local hardware store.  He was so helpful! He helped me find a few pieces for my DIY project.  If they are this helpful with non-customers, I bet they are even better with their clients! The next time I need a professional, I will be calling McKendree's!

They get it right every time, hard working, to the point, friendly and prices are reasonable! They are my go to plumbing company!

The ridiculous quote from Brian caves of $7400 to run a PVC pipe from the meter to the house was laughable! This company was trying to get people when they are in a desperate time. My driveway was getting replaced and after the concrete was removed we found out the pipe was rusted through in a couple places and leaking. Concrete was coming in a couple days and Brian was trying to take advantage of that! I called bill fenwick plumbing and they came out the next day for $2200! The moral of the story is don't use the ripoff roto rooter use anyone else, fenwick did a great job! Brian actually said he was giving me a $2600 discount,  lmfao... stay away!

I called Fenwick this weekend due to having a plumbing problem and my American Home Shield insurance not covering plumbing problems 24/7.  These guys were at my house within a few hours and took care of the problem at a very reasonable price.  The two technicians were very friendly, quick and professional.  I'm calling these guys for any plumbing problems going forward.  Also dumping my American Home Shield insurance.

Came out fast and did a good job. But very, very expensive! $440 for two hours and that price didn't include the replacement toilet I had to run to Home Depot for in the middle of the job (while they waited ... on the clock!). Tech was good and no complaints about their work, only the insane, out-of-this-world price. 3.5/5.

I am going to preface this with the fact that I am a person who generally does all of their own repairs in the house.  When I had an electrical issue arise which I wasn't able to resolve I was forced to call a pro.   The David Gray electrician was able to track the issue to a burned out wire inside of my garage wall.  There is NO way I would have been able to locate this issue but he was able to use his knowledge of wiring to back track the issue and fix it.   He was very professional and the price came in under what I expected.  I'd say I'll use them again but hopefully that will never need to happen.

Called them on a Sunday and they were here in an hour. No extra charges for it being on a Sunday/weekend (which a lot of companies do). Stuart worked quickly and efficiently! Quoted us cheaper than other companies.

Super unprofessional and harassed my staff into paying for services for a broken lock charged $150 nothing fixed then posted untrue things about my business and even called my employees and vendors to state I didn't pay him was in an appointment on California time and wasn't given even 24 hours to pay and they were stating I was blocking them when I had medical treatment who does this?  If I blocked you I wouldn't have called you right back

this and the lock was still not fixed.  They called 3 people to tell them I am hiding and not paying mine you it was less than 24 hours with no invoice who does this?!!!

As you can see below this owner is extremely unprofessional and is unhinged?  I am begging for a discount? I run a multi million dollar business and was on medical treatment if I was hiding or blocked you I wouldn't have picked up the call and you didn't check me as I own the business so you called my employees to report a lie of not paying and if I am a thief then how did you get paid?  Added a lock?  Defamation and calling legitimate business owners psycho and thieves is proof that no one should hire you and will be filing a court matter for defamation as you were paid and I have the texts of your unhinged actions.

Lance maxwell was lumping came out and replaced my sewer line from the house to the city.  They were prompt, handled all permits and inspections, they even provided me a 2nd clean out at the city end of my line because the city line is terracotta and they said it will fail one day and this will save me money.

Absolutely wonderful customer service!!!  If I could give them 20 stars I would!  Crystal in the office was amazing so sweet and helpful.  Bryan was amazing, he fixed my problem and set my mind at ease.  If I ever need anything to do with my plumbing they will be my only call!!!

Refreshing to deal with an honest person. After moving into this house 2 weeks ago I have been subjected to my fair share of issues. The previous plumbing company knocked my head off with an exorbitant invoice. Keith was a stand up guy, got the job done at a reasonable price. He also acknowledged my Military Service and offered a discount. In the Rolodex this goes in the event  of future experiences.

Called to make an appointment. Was told to expect a plumber between 1 and 5 pm, which seems excessive but OK. Worth it if they come and fix my problems. At 6:30 pm still no call. Called the office and was told the plumber would call me. 15 minutes later he calls and tells me the job he's on will take longer than expected and he won't be done until 8 pm.
I understand that plumbing issues can become more difficult than previously thought. What really makes me mad is that I wasted an entire day waiting on these people and not a single one of them bothered to at the very least keep me informed, or tell me that the current job was going to take too long, so I could AT LEAST , go and do other things, since there was zero chance of them getting to me at they promised time.
Very disappointed. First and last time I will call on them. Did I mention I took the day off work just to get this issue worked on???
